“工匠精神”视阈下高职院校学生职业素质培养路径研究——以长沙民政职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 “工匠精神”是新时代背景下职业素养发展的新要求,它在职业素养内涵的基础上延展出了严谨务实、团结合作、推陈出新、精益求精等多种精神品质,是高职院校培养社会所需的专业技术人才所必须重视的重要一环。虽然当前社会强调职业教育的重要性,但现阶段高职院校课程教育侧重于技能教学,对职业道德的重视程度不够,学生缺乏较为清晰的职业规划,职业意识涣散,亟待通过营造有效的校园环境、创新课程与实践思政、教师教学职业培养、深化校企合作体系,探索有效提升高职学生职业素养水平的模式及路径。因此,将“工匠精神”融入高职学生职业素养的培育工作中,对高职院校培养符合社会发展要求的高水平职业素质专业技术人才具有重要的指导意义。 "Craftsman spirit"is a new requirement for the development of professional quality in the new era.On the basis of the connotation of professional quality,it extends many spiritual qualities such as rigorous,pragmatic,unity and cooperation,bringing new and striving for excellence.It is an important link that higher vocational colleges must pay attention to cultivate the professional and technical personnel needed by the society.Although the current society emphasizes the importance of vocational education,higher vocational curriculum education still focuses on skills teaching,pays insufficient attention to professional ethics.Students lack of clear career planning and professional awareness,so that it is urgent to explore the mode and path to effectively improve the professional quality level of higher vocational students by creating an effective campus environment,innovating ideological and political education,teachers'training and deepening the school-enterprise cooperation system.Therefore,it is of great guiding significance to integrate the"craftsman spirit"into the cultivation of higher vocational students to train high quality professional that meet the requirements of social development.
