摘要
本研究分析内蒙古特有种沙地云杉不同生态型各组织内生真菌的多样性及分布特征差异,为活性菌株筛选、抑菌机理研究、生物防治及促进寄主植物生长功能开发利用等提供参考。对3种生态型不同部位的内生真菌进行分离鉴定,通过相对多度、均匀度、多样性指数等对沙地云杉内生真菌进行分析,共分离得到内生真菌783株,已鉴定出的746株(未产孢37株)归属于20个属。有3个属的真菌属于优势类群,依次为Alternaria、Penicillium和Pseudotorula,Alternaria具有突出优势,在不同生态型、组织部位均有大量分布。不同生态型,紫果型沙地云杉内生真菌最为丰富;不同组织中,枝条组织内生真菌最为丰富。不同生态型、不同组织中,沙地云杉内生真菌的菌群数量和分布存在显著差异。基于此,沙地云杉内生真菌具有丰富的多样性,紫果型沙地云杉枝条组织内生真菌多样性最高。
In order to provide references for the screening of active strains,the study of antibacterial mechanism,the biological control,and the growth promoting function,the diversity and distribution of the endophytic fungi of three different ecotypes of Picea mongolica in Inner Mongolia were analyzed.The endophytic fungi in different parts of the three ecotypes were isolated and identified,and the endophytic fungi were analyzed by the relative abundance(RA),evenness(E),and diversity index(H′).There were 783strains of endophytic fungi were isolated,and 746 strains(37 of which did not produce spores)were identified belong to 20 genera,and among them three genera were dominant,followed by Alternaria,Penicillium,and Pseudotorula.Alternaria had the highest relative abundance,and widely distributed in different ecotypes and tissue sites.The most abundant endophytic fungi were found in P.mongolica in different ecotypes.In different ecotypes and tissues,the compositions and structures of the endophytic fungi of P.mongolica were quite different.The endophytic fungi from P.mongolica were were rich.The endophytic fungi of branches in purple-fruited type had the highest diversity.
