摘要
基于产业代谢分析(IMA)和链级水平物质流分析(MFA)模型,采用7个IMA指标探讨沙区獭兔传统产业链(TRRIC)和獭兔循环产业链(CRRIC)单元层面和系统层面的产业代谢途径和效率,填补国内外对于沙产业的产业代谢途径及效率分析的空白。研究结果表明:CRRIC相对于TRRIC的系统生产效率(PE_(sys))提高2.30%,系统重用效率(RE;)提高84.54%,系统损失率(LR;)降低49.46%,源效率(SE)提高49.42%,单元代谢效率除个别单元相同外,大部分单元也均有所提高;CRRIC采用“种-养-加”一体化模式,在产业链内实现物质循环,最终产品和废弃物得到充分利用,产业代谢效率提高,产品附加值提升,产业链稳定性增强,污染物排放减少,具有良好的环境效益,能够为促进内蒙古及其他地区同类型沙产业可持续发展提供借鉴。
Based on the industrial metabolism analysis(IMA)and the chain level material flow analysis(MFA)models,seven IMA indicators were used to explore the industrial metabolic way and efficiency of the traditional rex rabbit industry chain(TRRIC)and circular rex rabbit industry chain(CRRIC)in the sandy area both at the unit level and system level,so as to fill the gap in the analysis of the industrial metabolic way and efficiency of the sand industry at home and abroad.The results showed that compared with TR-RIC,the system production efficiency(PE_(sys)),the system reuse efficiency(RE;),and the source efficiency(SE)of CRRIC increased by 2.30%,84.54%,and 49.42%,respectively.The system loss rate(LR;)decreased by 49.46%.The unit metabolic efficiency was also improved in most units except for some units.The CRRIC adopted the intergraded model pf"planting-breeding-processing"to realize the material circulation in the industry chain,making full use of the final products and wastes,improving the industrial metabolic efficiency,increasing the added value of the product,strengthening the stability of the industry chain,reducing the pollutant emissions,and creating good environmental benefits.The results could provide a reference for promoting the sustainable development of the same type sand industry in Inner Mongolia and other regions.
