离网型风光互补式充电站容量优化研究

摘要 降低投资成本是风光互补式电动汽车充电站普及的关键,而风、光、储设备的容量直接影响成本。本文针对离网型风光互补式充电站容量优化问题,以充电站全生命周期内成本最小为目标函数,在充电站运行可靠性、最小功率、占地面积和装机容量约束条件下建立风光储容量优化模型,并采用一种改进的双种群遗传算法对这一多约束和非线性优化问题进行求解。最后,以内蒙古某地区2018年全年风速、光照强度、温度等实时数据进行分析求解,验证本文算法的有效性。 Reducing investment costs is the key to the popularization of wind-solar hybrid electric vehicle(EV)charging stations,and the capacity of wind,light,and the storage equipment directly affects the cost.This paper aimed to optimizing the capacity of the off-grid wind-solar hybrid charging stations.Minimizing the cost during the charging station’s entire life cycle was selected as the objective function,and an optimization model of the wind and solar storage capacity was established under constraints of the operating reliability,minimum power,floor space,and capacity,and an improved double populations genetic algorithm was used to solve the multi-constrained and nonlinear optimization problem.The real-time data such as wind speed,light intensity,and temperature in a certain region of Inner Mongolia in 2018 were obtained,analyzed,and solved.The results verified the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in this paper.
