基于正弦振动的起落架舱耐久性分析

摘要 以某飞机起落架舱为研究对象,开展了基于Miner线性累积损伤理论的正弦振动耐久性分析。结合正弦振动扫频分析,基于共振峰假设,建立一种简化的损伤累积计算公式,通过程序计算出结构的每个节点在各个振动方向的损伤累积。建立了起落架舱有限元模型,利用正弦扫频分析得到的应力随频率变化曲线以及典型材料的S-N曲线,进行耐久性分析,为该结构的正弦扫频试验提供了依据,可为类似试验开试前的耐久性分析提供参考。 In this paper,the sinusoidal vibration durability analysis is carried out for an aircraft landing gear compartment based on the Miner linear damage theory.Combined with sinusoidal vibration frequency sweep analysis,on account of the resonance assumption,a simplified damage accumulation formula is built to realize the damage ratio of each node in all directions by program.The finite element model of the landing gear compartment is established,and the durability is analyzed by using the stress frequency curve obtained by sinusoidal sweep analysis and the S-N curve of typical materials.The results can provide a basis for the sinusoidal sweep test of the structure,and the method can provide a reference for the durability analysis before the similar experiment.
