新文科视野下经济学专业应用型人才培养探析——以新疆师范大学经济学专业为例

On Cultivation of Applied Talents in Economics Major under Background of Neo Liberal Arts——Taking economics major of Xinjiang Normal University as an example

经济学作为基础学科,新文科建设为该专业应用型人才培养指明了新方向。新文科视野下经济学应用型人才培养应以培养学生家国情怀和国际视野、实践能力、跨学科融通,并构建中国经济学课程体系为目标。时代化、中国化的新文科建设内涵,要求经济学应用型人才培养按照新理念重新思考和谋划。从新疆师范大学经济学专业办学现状出发,充分认识新文科教育创新发展的迫切性和重要性。推进构建新文科视野下经济学应用型人才培养体系,可着力从提升实践教学的比重、师资队伍建设、注重交叉学科的融合、推进实验教学的发展、优化调整评价方式等路径进行。

Economics is a basic discipline,and the construction of new liberal arts has pointed out a new direction for the cultivation of applied talents in economics.This article is based on the practice and difficulties faced by the construction of the economics major of Xinjiang Normal University.Under the construction,the training of applied talents in economics should be guided by the cultivation of students’ national feelings and international vision,free and comprehensive development,interdisciplinary integration and construction of Chinese economics curriculum system.The connotation of the new liberal arts construction of modernization and sinicization requires that the cultivation of applied economics talents should be thought and re-planned in accordance with new concepts.Starting from the current situation of the economics major of Xinjiang Normal University,in order to fully understand the urgency and importance of the innovative development of new liberal arts education,and promote the construction of a new liberal arts construction talent training system,we can focus on increasing the proportion of practical teaching,building faculty,and stressing the integration of cross-disciplines,promoting the development of experimental teaching,optimizing and adjusting evaluation methods and other paths.
