乡村振兴视域下长株潭农村公共体育服务体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Rural Public Sports Service System in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴视域下开展农村公共体育服务建设是新时期农村体育发展、体育强国建设、健康中国建设的必然要求、社会使然和战略需要。基于乡村振兴视域下围绕人员、经费、组织等方面对长株潭农村公共体育服务体系建设现状进行剖析,进一步指出,从乡村振兴三维度(需求为导向、问题为中心、效果为节点)来加强体育场地与健身队伍、体育经费与体育项目、体育组织与体育宣传等方面的建设是完善长株潭农村公共体育服务体系的主要路径所在。

In the view of rural revitalization,carrying out rural public sports service construction is the inevitable requirement,social imperative and strategic need of rural sports development in the new period,construction sports power and building a healthy China.Based on the perspective of rural revitalization,the research analyzes the current situation of the construction of rural public sports service system in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan from the aspects of personnel,funds and organization.The study further points out that the main way to improve the rural public sports service system in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Tan is to strengthen the construction of sports venues and fitness teams,sports funds and sports items,sports organizations and sports publicity through the three dimensions of rural revitalization(namely,demand-oriented,problem-centered and effect-oriented).
