摘要
该文针对某型伺服机构温度试验时测试报出自检故障,采用故障处理的一般方法对造成故障的原因及机理进行分析研究。采用故障树分析方法,得出伺服机构自检故障是由于控制板引入多余物造成三端稳压器输出端和电源地端短路,三端稳压器SG7815输入端分压电阻R33烧坏,造成伺服机构2通道打偏、电机烧毁。该文从故障描述、原因分析、故障定位、机理分析四方面进行阐述,为该类产品的故障排除提供经验。
In this paper,a self-check fault is reported during the temperature test of a certain type of servo mechanism,and the general method of fault handling is used to analyze the cause and mechanism of the fault.Using the fault tree analysis method,it is concluded that the self-inspection fault of the servo mechanism is caused by the introduction of excess material on the control board,which causes the output terminal of the three-terminal voltage stabilizer and the ground terminal of the power supply to be short-circuited.The voltage dividing resistor R33 at the input of the three-terminal voltage stabilizer SG7815 is burned out,causing the servo mechanism 2 channels to be biased and the motor to be burned out.This paper expounds from four aspects:fault description,cause analysis,fault location,and mechanism analysis,and provides experience for troubleshooting this type of product.
