摘要
文章基于解决氧化铝生瓷片在工序过程中形变较大的问题,提出三种对生瓷片进行预处理的方式来控制生瓷片的工序过程形变,通过测量每道工序后检测孔的位置精度偏差,通过偏差值的小数提取分析,对比三种生瓷预处理方式的过程孔偏差数据,总结出对HTCC基板批量生产具有指导性的热压生瓷预处理方式,来减小生瓷工序过程中的形变量,提高成品合格率。
Based on solving the problem of large deformation of alumina green ceramic sheets during the process,this paper proposes three pretreatment methods for green ceramic sheets to control the process deformation of green ceramic sheets.By measuring the detection hole after each process.The position accuracy deviation of the HTCC substrates,through the decimal extraction and analysis of the deviation value,the process hole deviation data of the three green ceramic pretreatment methods are compared,and the hot-pressing green ceramic pretreatment method that is instructive for the mass production of HTCC substrates is summarized to reduce the number of raw ceramics.The amount of deformation during the porcelain process improves the qualified rate of finished products.
