摘要
针对复杂武器装备生产过程中存在的低层级人为操作问题,该文提出了改进原则和目标,指出了问题识别应关注的重点方面。主要采用了工艺优化,防差错技术和去手工化等方法进行改进,并分类提供了相关案例。实践表明,产品实物质量得到了有效提升。
Aiming at the low-level artificial operational problems existing in complex weapons and equipment,the paper puts forward principle and objective of improvement,points out the key aspects of problem recognition,mainly adopts process improvement,error proofing,no manual and so on,provides relevant cases.Practices show that product quality has been effectively improvement.
