半夏厚朴汤方证探析

An analysis of the prescription syndrome of the Banxia Houpo decoction

半夏厚朴汤是治疗“梅核气”的代表方剂,但对本方病因病机的错误认识导致半夏厚朴汤方证的要点不甚清晰,应用范围受到限制。文章通过分析认为,半夏厚朴汤证病机的本质是“痰阻”,“舌苔厚腻”是“痰阻”的客观指征,“躯体异常感觉”是其典型的症状,可以把“舌苔厚腻”和“躯体异常感觉”的组合作为半夏厚朴汤方证的要点,从而拓展半夏厚朴汤的应用范围。

The Banxia Houpo decoction(半夏厚朴汤)is a representative prescription for the treatment of globus hystericus.However,due to the misunderstanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of this prescription,the key points of the Banxia Houpo decoction are not clear,and its application scope is limited.Based on related analysis,this paper believes that the essential pathogenesis of the syndrome of the Banxia Houpo decoction is“phlegm resistance”,“thick and greasy tongue coating”is the objective indicator of“phlegm resistance”,and“somatosensory abnormality”is a typical symptom.The combination of“thick and greasy tongue coating”and“somatosensory abnormality”can be taken as the key point of the prescription syndrome of the Banxia Houpo decoction,so as to expand the application scope of the Banxia Houpo decoction.
