穴位注射联合松花液磁性导入治疗急性痛风性踝关节炎疗效观察

Observation on treating acute gouty ankle arthritis by acupoint injection plus magnetic introduction of Songhua liquid

目的:本研究对急性痛风性关节炎进行临床研究,观察穴位注射联合松花液磁性导入治疗急性痛风性踝关节炎临床的疗效,发挥中医治疗急症的优势。方法:选取项目中期70例急性痛风性踝关节炎患者并随机分为治疗组与对照组各35例,治疗组予颅通定注射液穴位注射配合松花液磁性导入治疗,对照组则服用醋氯芬酸缓释片和醋酸泼尼松片,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、实验室指标血尿酸、超敏C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率变化情况及复发率。结果:治疗组总疗效高于对照组;治疗组中医证候评分、VAS评分、血尿酸、超敏C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率水平降低程度均显著优于对照组,治疗组3个月内复发率显著低于对照组。结论:穴位注射联合松花液磁性导入治疗急性痛风性踝关节炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:This study conducted a clinical study on acute gouty arthritis,and observed acupoint injection plus magnetic induction of Songhua(松花)liquid in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:70 patients with acute gouty ankle arthritis in the middle of the project were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Lutongding injection(颅通定注射液)at acupoint plus magnetic introduction of Songhua liquid,while the control group was treated with aceclofenac extended-release and prednisone tablets.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,VAS score,laboratory indexes of serum uric acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,changes in erythrocyte sedimentation rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total curative effect in the treatment group was higher than the control group;the TCM syndrome score,VAS score,serum uric acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the recurrence rate within 3 months in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection plus magnetic introduction of Songhua liquid is effective in the treatment of acute gouty ankle arthritis,and it is worthy of clinical application.
