基于“浊毒”理论探讨脂质代谢异常与代谢相关脂肪性肝病

A study on abnormal lipid metabolism and metabolism-related fatty liver disease based on the turbid toxin theory

代谢相关脂肪性肝病是临床常见的慢性肝脏疾病,以脂质代谢异常为主要特征。近年来有学者提出“浊毒”是代谢相关脂肪性肝病的主要病机,得到普遍认可。因此在中医“浊毒”理论指导下,探讨脂质代谢异常在代谢相关脂肪性肝病中的作用有助于开阔中西医结合防治代谢相关脂肪性肝病的新思路。

Metabolism-related fatty liver disease is a common chronic liver disease in clinic,which is mainly characterized by abnormal lipid metabolism.In recent years,some scholars have proposed that“turbid toxin”is the main pathogenesis of metabolism-related fatty liver disease,and it has been generally recognized.Therefore,under the guidance of the“turbid toxin”theory in traditional Chinese medicine,exploring the role of abnormal lipid metabolism in metabolic-related fatty liver disease will help to open up new ideas for the prevention and treatment of metabolic-related fatty liver disease in the integrative medicine.
