The experience of Professor ZHAO Ruicheng in treating hypertension by acupuncture plus medicine based on the theory of liver wind

文章主要介绍赵瑞成教授基于“肝风”理论治疗高血压病的经验。赵瑞成教授基于中医辨证论治理念,结合多年临床经验,认为高血压病属于中医“眩晕、头痛”范畴,多由肝风内动导致,治疗上以平肝息风通络为主,随证加减,针药结合,多获良效。并附验案1则,以资临床借鉴。

This paper mainly introduces Professor ZHAO Ruicheng’s experience in treating hypertension based on the theory of liver wind.Professor ZHAO Ruicheng,based on the concept of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with years of clinical experience,believes that hypertension belongs to the category of dizziness and headache in TCM,which are mostly caused by the internal movement of liver wind.Its treatment was mostly based on calming the liver and dredging collaterals.Acupuncture plus medicine was applied,and good results were gained.One empirical case was attached in this paper for more clinical reference.
