生血宝合剂用于肝肾阴虚型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of the liver and kidney Yin-deficiency type with the Shengxuebao mixture

目的:观察生血宝合剂治疗肝肾阴虚型后循环缺血性眩晕的效果。方法:选取后循环缺血性眩晕且中医辨证属“肝肾阴虚”患者共124例,随机将其划分为两组,一组为治疗组,一组为对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的前提下加用生血宝合剂,连续治疗2周。随后,对治疗前期与治疗后期两组的眩晕症状评分、经颅多普勒检测平均血流情况进行观察。结果:对比两组患者治疗前后的眩晕症状评分、平均血流速度,都明显不同,并且治疗组的治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论:生血宝合剂可以明显缓解肝肾阴虚型后循环缺血性眩晕的症状。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the Shengxuebao mixture(生血宝合剂)on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of the liver and kidney Yin-deficiency(阴虚)type.Methods:124 cases were selected and randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment of Western medicine,and the treatment group was given the Shengxuebao mixture more.The treatment lasted for 2 weeks.Results:After treatment,the vertigo symptom score and mean blood flow velocity of patients in the 2 groups were significantly different from before treatment,and the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:The Shengxuebao mixture can obviously relieve the symptoms of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of the liver and kidney Yin-deficiency type patients.
