麻杏石甘汤联合头孢唑肟治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证的疗效及对C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平的影响

The efficacy of the Maxing Shigan decoction plus ceftizoxime on children with pneumonia and asthma of the wind-heat closed lung syndrome and its effect on CRP and PCT levels

目的:肺炎是儿童常见疾病,若未能彻底治疗,容易反复发作,导致重症肺炎,因此合理用药尤为关键。本研究探讨麻杏石甘汤联合头孢唑肟治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证的疗效及对C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平的影响。方法:选取2020年1-12月在江苏省昆山市中医医院接受治疗的肺炎喘嗽患儿100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例);对照组予以头孢唑肟治疗,观察组予以麻杏石甘汤联合头孢唑肟治疗,均连续治疗7 d;比较两组治疗总有效率、主要症状缓解时间及血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平变化,并观察两组不良反应。结果:两组治疗总有效率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组。观察组发热、气喘、咳痰、肺湿音缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组1 s用力呼气容积、呼气峰值流速水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤联合头孢唑肟治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证疗效显著,能够有效促进症状缓解,降低炎症反应,改善肺功能,且安全性好。

Objective:Pneumonia is a common disease in children.If it is not thoroughly treated,it is prone to repeated attacks,leading to severe pneumonia.Therefore,rational drug use is particularly critical.This study was to investigate the curative effect of the Maxing Shigan decoction(麻杏石甘汤)plus ceftizoxime on children with pneumonia and asthma of the wind-heat closed lung syndrome and its effect on the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT).Methods:A total of 100 children with pneumonia and asthma who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases);the control group was given cephalosporin.The patients in the observation group were treated with the Maxing Shigan decoction plus ceftizoxime.The two groups were treated continuously for 7 days;the total effective rate of treatment,the time to relieve main symptoms and the changes of serum CRP and PCT levels were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05),and the totol effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group.The remission time of fever,asthma,expectoration and lung-damp rales in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CRP and PCT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of forced expiratory volume in 1 s and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Maxing Shigan decoction plus ceftizoxime has significant curative effect on children with pneumonia and asthma of the wind-heat closed lung syndrome,can effectively promote symptom relief,reduce inflammatory response,and improve lung function,with good safety.
