中医特色护理在前列腺增生症患者中的应用体会

The application of TCM characteristic nursing in caring patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:分析中医特色护理在前列腺增生症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取广东医科大学附属中山医院2019年1月-2020年12月接收的100例前列腺增生症患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,给予对照组(50例)常规护理,研究组(50例)另实施中医特色护理。观察两组膀胱残余尿量及前列腺体积情况、中医证候积分、治疗疗效。结果:护理前两组排尿及前列腺体积对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组膀胱残余尿量、前列腺体积低于对照组,最大尿流率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组排尿困难、夜尿次数、少腹症状证候积分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组排尿困难、夜尿次数、少腹症状证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后研究组控尿功能高于对照组,国际前列腺症状评分(International Prostate Symptom Score,IPSS)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺增生症患者应用中医特色护理能显著改善其中医证候,减轻排尿困难,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of TCM characteristic nursing in caring patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:100 cases from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(50 cases)was given routine nursing,and the study group(50 cases)was additionally arranged to take TCM characteristic nursing.Results:Before nursing,there was no difference in urination and prostate volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the bladder residual urine volume and prostate volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the maximum urinary flow rate in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the urination difficulty,nocturia frequency,and oligo-abdominal symptom syndrome scores in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the urinary control function in the study group was higher than the control group,and the IPSS in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM characteristic nursing in caring patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can significantly ameliorate TCM syndromes,relieve dysuria,and improve the therapeutic effects.
