半夏泻心汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

A clinical study on treating chronic atrophic gastritis of the spleen-stomach damp-heat type with the Banxia Xiexin decoction

目的:探讨半夏泻心汤加减对脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的影响。方法:选取成都市青白江区中医医院于2018年11月-2020年11月收治的脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎70例患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗,两组均治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前后中医证候评分、免疫功能指标及血清白细胞介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF)-α水平。结果:和治疗前比较,两组治疗后的中医证候评分、血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α及CD8^(+)水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组;血清CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减可有效改善脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的免疫功能,缓解患者的临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,具有良好的临床效果。

Objective:To explore the effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction(半夏泻心汤)on chronic atrophic gastritis of the spleenstomach damp-heat type.Methods:70 cases from November 2018 to November 2020 were divided into the test group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the test group was treated with the Banxia Xiexin decoction more.Both groups were treated for 2 months.Results:Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,serum IL-2,IL-6,TNF-αand CD8^(+)levels in the two groups after treatment were decreased,and in the test group were lower than the control group.After treatment,the serum CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the groups were increased,and in the test group were higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The Banxia Xiexin decoction can effectively improve the immune function of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of the spleen-stomach damp-heat type,relieve the clinical symptoms,and reduce inflammatory factor levels,with good clinical effects.
