在发电厂中,管道均是用支吊架来固定,支吊架一方面承受管道本身及介质的重量,另一方面固定管道,承受管道所有的作用力,并合理分配这些力,以满足管道热补偿及位移要求,减少管道振动,防止管道泄漏。支吊架安装选择正确与否,日常维护检查是否及时到位,直接影响机组安全稳定运行。

In power plants,pipes are fixed by hangers.On the one hand,hangers bear the weight of the pipes themselves and the medium,and on the other hand,they fix the pipes,bear all the forces of the pipes,and distribute these forces reasonably to meet the needs of the pipes.Thermal compensation and displacement requirements,reduce pipeline vibration and prevent pipeline leakage.Whether the installation of the support and hanger is correct or not,and whether the daily maintenance check is in place in time,directly affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.
