中俄多领域合作背景下机器翻译与人工翻译的发展与应用

Development and Application of Machine Translation and Human Translation in the Context of China-Russia Multi-field Cooperation

近年来随着中俄关系的稳定发展,对俄合作也日益深入,在这种形势下无论是对机器翻译还是人工翻译都有了新的要求。虽然随着人工智能的发展,机器翻译经历了升级换代后可以满足日常所需,但想要完全替代人工翻译还有很长的路要走。机器翻译和人工翻译各自优势明显,但二者单一使用都存在局限性和弊端。在中俄多领域合作背景下,面对大量外文文件的交付,只有二者深度融合,优势互补,才能更好地完成翻译任务,促进两国合作与交流,在国际舞台上大放异彩。

With the steady development of relations between China and Russia in recent years,further progress has been made in the cooperation between the two countries,and new requirements are consequently put forward for both machine translation and human translation.Although with the development of artificial intelligence,machine translation can meet daily needs after continuous upgrade in the future,there is still a long way to go before it can completely replace human translation.Machine translation and human translation each have obvious advantages,but both have limitations and drawbacks when used alone.In the context of China-Russia multi-field cooperation,and facing the delivery of a large number of foreign language documents,only through the deep integration and complementary advantages of the two can we better complete the translation tasks,promote cooperation and exchanges between the two countries and shine on the international stage.
