Potential Analysis on Marine Cooperation with South Pacific Island Countries of“Belt and Road”Initiative

南太平洋岛国是“21世纪海上丝绸之路”南线建设的重要站点和必经之地。为进一步充实和丰富“一带一路”倡议在南太平洋方向的建设内涵,中国与太平洋岛国应利用好广阔的太平洋舞台,积极推动海洋领域合作,构建蓝色伙伴关系。文章分析了与南太平洋岛国开展海洋领域合作的必要性、重点领域以及在合作过程中应注意的事项,望对今后中国与南太平洋岛国开展海洋领域合作提供参考。

South Pacific island countries are an important station and must path for the construction of the south line of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road".To further enrich construction connotation in the South Pacific direction on"Belt and Road Initiative",China and Pacific island countries should make good use of the vast Pacific stage to promote cooperation on marine science and technology actively,and to build a close blue partnership.This paper analyzes the necessity,key cooperation areas and attention in the process on marine science and technology cooperation with South Pacific island countries,hoping to provide reference for future cooperation on the maritime field.
