加强居住出租房屋消防安全管理的策略

Strategies for Strengthening Fire Safety Management of Residential Rental Housing

现代经济与社会高速发展,商业、经济活动频繁,人员流动速度也在加快,租房需求增大,造成出租房大量出现在城市中。当前居住出租房已经普遍存在于全国各地,有很多城乡结合部的租房收入已经成为家庭重要收入之一,这种场所中,建筑耐火等级较低,防火间隔距离也比较小,安全疏散出口比较少,消防设施配置不足、人员责任不清晰、没有及时监管和控制等,导致出租房的火灾事故发生率直线上升,人员伤亡事故的发生概率明显高于其他建筑形式。本文以目前的居住出租房屋的消防安全现状为出发点,总结出存在的问题,提出安全管理策略,希望为人员生命健康保护起到积极的作用。

With the rapid development of modern economy and society,frequent commercial and economic activities,the speed of personnel flow is also accelerating,and the demand for rental housing has increased,resulting in a large number of rental houses appearing in cities.The rental income of the junction has become one of the important household incomes.In such places,the building's fire resistance rating is relatively low,the fire separation distance is relatively small,the safety evacuation exits are relatively small,the fire-fighting facilities are insufficiently configured,personnel responsibilities are unclear,and there is no timely supervision and control,resulting in a straight line of fire accidents in rental houses.The probability of casualty accidents is significantly higher than that of other building forms.Based on the current fire safety status of residential rental housing,this paper summarizes the existing problems and proposes safety management strategies,hoping to play a positive role in the protection of people's lives and health.
