摘要 通过共沉淀法制备了系列CdIn_(2)S_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)复合光催化剂.利用SEM,XRD,XPS等表征分析其物理化学性质,并初步探讨催化反应机理.结果表明:与纯CdIn_(2)S_(4)和g-C_(3)N_(4)相比,复合光催化剂在可见光下能更有效地氧化HMF生成DFF;CdIn_(2)S_(4)掺杂量对反应性能有明显的影响,其中12%CdIn_(2)S_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)具有最佳的光催化活性,并具有良好的稳定性;通过猝灭剂捕获实验推断,超氧自由基为该光催化反应的活性物种.该复合光催化剂性能的提升得益于CdIn_(2)S_(4)与g-C_(3)N_(4)间形成一定的相互作用,促进了光生载流子的分离效率. The CdIn_(2)S_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)composite catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method.The physical and chemical properties were analyzed by SEM,XRD and XPS,and the catalytic reaction mechanism was discussed.Compared with pure CdIn_(2)S_(4)and g-C_(3)N_(4),CdIn_(2)S_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)composite could oxidize HMF to DFF more effectively under visible light.The amount of CdIn_(2)S_(4)had an effect on the reaction activity,and 12%CdIn_(2)S_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)showed the best performance with good stability.Based on the capture experiments of quenching agent,it was concluded that superoxide radical could be the active species of the photocatalytic reaction.The improved performance would attribute to the enhanced separation efficiency of photo-generated carriers from an interaction between CdIn_(2)S_(4)and g-C_(3)N_(4).
