劳动价值论视域下数字劳动的性质、形式与价值重估

Nature,Form and Value Revaluation of Digital Labor from the Perspective of Labor Theory of Value

随着数字技术广泛使用,数字劳动成为社会新型劳动形式。数字劳动的物质属性表现为“非物质劳动”和“物质性劳动”的对立争议,数字劳动加深了劳动的异化性质。数字劳动的本质是物质劳动与非物质劳动的统一,表现为精准控制的数据流,并继承资本逻辑下传统劳动异化相关特征。数字劳动在促进生产力发展的同时,亦面临资本逻辑下的异化和剥削风险。发展“数字经济”,建成“数字中国”,必须科学把握数字劳动资本属性及其价值形态,创新数字劳动参与劳动市场体系建构的新业态、新形式,扬数字劳动之所长,避数字劳动对人的全面发展的负面影响。

With the widespread use of digital technology,digital labor has become a new form of labor in society.The material nature of digital labor is manifested in the opposition between material labor and immaterial labor.Digital labor deepens the alienation of labor.The essence of digital labor is the unity of material labor and immaterial labor.Marx’s labor theory of value is not outdated,it is manifested as a precisely controlled data flow,and it inherits the characteristics of traditional labor alienation under the logic of capital.While digital labor promotes the development of productivity,it also faces the risk of alienation and exploitation under the logic of capital.To develop the digital economy and build a Digital China,we must scientifically grasp the attributes and value forms of digital labor capital,innovate new formats and new forms of digital labor participating in the construction of the labor market system,promote the strengths of digital labor,and avoid the negative effects of digital labor on the all-round development of human beings.
