低渗高突煤层开采保护层的可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Mining Protective Layer in Low Permeability and High Outburst Coal Seam

针对某矿突出低渗透率煤层群开采,为从根本上消除事故隐患、解决煤与瓦斯突出防治难题,分别对9号煤与15号煤开采保护层进行可行性论证,重点对上保护层开采与下保护层开采的实际要求与区别,在瓦斯突出强弱程度、最大保护垂距、卸压效果以及下保护层开采对保护层开采条件的破坏等方面进行分析,最终确定15号煤层作为开采保护层。

Aiming at the mining of prominent low permeability coal seam group in Sijiazhuang Coal Mine,fundamentally eliminate the hidden danger of accidents and solve the problem of coal and gas outburst prevention and control,the feasibility demonstration of the mining protection layer No.9 coal and No.15 coal was carried out respectively.It mainly analyzes the actual requirements and differences between the mining of upper protective layer and the mining of lower protective layer,the degree of gas outburst,the maximum protection vertical distance,the effect of pressure relief and the destruction of the mining conditions of the protection layer by the mining of lower protective layer,and finally determines the No.15 coal seam as the mining protection layer.
