摘要 针对近距离下伏煤层巷道变形问题,研究采用数值模拟与现场监测相结合的方法,分析了下煤层回采巷道变形特征,提出了水力压裂切顶与注浆锚索支护相结合的巷道变形控制方法。结果表明:巷道变形以顶板下沉为主,煤帮侧均匀鼓起,锚杆(索)主要为拉剪破断及松动失效破坏特征;采用切锚一体化围岩变形控制技术后,顶板下沉量为475 mm,两帮移近量达372 mm,顶板下沉量降低59.2%,两帮移近量降低51.4%,巷道变形控制效果显著,可为类似近距离煤层开采条件矿山提供工程借鉴。 Aiming at the deformation problem of contiguous underlie coal seam,this method combining numerical simulation and on-site monitoring is used to analyze the deformation characteristics of the roadway in the lower coal seam mining.Roadway deformation control method.The results show that the deformation of the roadway is mainly due to the subsidence of the roof,the side of the coal side bulges evenly,and the bolts(cables)are mainly broken by tensile shear and loosening failure.The distance is 475 mm,the moving amount of the two groups is 372 mm,the subsidence of the roof is reduced by 59.2%,the moving amount of the two groups is reduced by 51.4%,and the control effect of the roadway deformation is remarkable.It can provide engineering reference for mines with similar contiguous coal seam mining conditions.
