“一气周流理论”在《伤寒杂病论》奔豚病中应用浅谈

A brief discussion on the application of "Yiqi circulation theory" in Shanghan Zabing Lun in treating up-rushing gas syndrome

气之在人,无所不到,气之逆乱,病从中生。“一气周流理论”重在调气。根据“一气周流理论”,奔豚病的病因病机大体上分为肝郁脾虚,土虚木拔;阳虚寒盛,肝郁动邪;阳虚水停,浊邪上犯;肝气郁结,气逆上冲。其治疗法则分别为:培植中土,舒利枢轴;温阳散寒,平抑肝木;扶阳抑阴,顾护阳气;疏肝行气,镇静安神。临床症状常常变幻莫测,因此需要抓住主证,把握病因病机,才能知常达变,精准施治。

Qi(气)exists in all parts of the human body,and the reverse and disordered operation of Qi can lead to diseases.The“Yiqi circulation theory”(一气周流理论)focuses on regulating the movement of Qi.According to the“Yiqi circulation theory”,the etiology and pathogenesis of up-rushing gas syndrome can be roughly divided into liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,Yang(阳)deficiency and coldness,dampness,and liver Qi stagnation and rushing upward.The treatment principles are enhancing body resistance,warming Yang and dispelling coldness,soothing the liver and promoting activity of Qi,and soothing the nerves respectively.In clinical practice,clinical symptoms are often unpredictable,so it is necessary to grasp the main symptoms and the etiology and pathogenesis in order to obtain the changes and accurately cure the disease.
