摘要
峡谷地区因地形限制,在中小跨径斜拉桥的钢箱梁拼装方法中,可采用缆索吊装系统进行运输及拼装,因此施工方法只有一个工作面,必然会存在非对称拼装施工,通过介绍缆索吊拼装钢箱梁的基本流程,在线弹性范围内,基于此流程进行安装线形和制造线形的计算方法推导,最后结合在实际工程中的应用,为施工线形监控计算提供一定的参考作用。
Due to the terrain limitation in canyon area,while using the cable hoisting system for transporting and assembling the steel box girder of small and medium span cable-stayed bridge,there is only one working face in the construction so the asymmetrical assembling construction is inevitable.According to the basic flow of assembling the steel box girder by cable hoisting,the calculation methods of the installation alignment and fabrication alignment are deduced in the range of linear elasticity,and combined with the application in practical engineering,it can provide certain reference for the monitoring and calculation of the construction alignment.
