探索双循环下粤港澳大湾区新型贸易合作模式

Explore a New Model of Trade Cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area under the"Dual Circulation"

粤港澳大湾区作为对外开放的前沿,在双循环的新发展格局下,深化贸易合作是深化区域协同发展的必然之策,一方面广深港澳四大中心城市带动珠三角快速发展,内部协同度高,且产业化水平高,产业结构相对较为合理,兼具金融中心、科创中心、生产基地。另一方面,得益于大湾区优异的自然交通环境,成为了我国对外贸易的重要节点。但是在大湾区贸易发展过程中也面临着国际环境恶劣,内部优势弱化,创新能力不足,内部规则协同度低等问题。因此,粤港澳大湾区应积极探索新型贸易合作模式,创造新业态,用数字赋能外贸;构造新结构,优化外贸产品结构;构建新合作,让湾区内部合作成为内循环引擎;利用新平台,发挥重要载体的节点作用,从而让新模式创造新动能,进一步推动粤港澳的贸易发展。

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is working as the frontier of opening-up,so it is an inevitable way to deepen regional coordinated development in this area under the new development pattern of"dual circulation".On the one hand,the four major central cities of Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Hong Kong and Macao have driven the rapid development of the Pearl River Delta with high internal coordination,high industrialization level and relatively reasonable industrial structure.They are also financial centers,scientific innovation centers and production bases.On the other hand,thanks to the excellent natural transportation environment,the Greater Bay Area has become an important node of China’s foreign trade.However,in the process of trade development in the Greater Bay Area,it is also confronted with problems such as poor international environment,weakening internal advantages,insufficient innovation ability and low degree of coordination of internal rules.Therefore,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should actively explore new modes of trade cooperation,create new forms of business,and empower foreign trade with numbers;construct new structure,optimize foreign trade product structure;foster new cooperation and turn cooperation within the Bay Area into an internal cycle engine;take advantage of the new platform to play the node role as an important carrier,so that the new model can create new momentum and further promote the trade development of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.
