石家庄市848例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例流行特征分析

摘要 目的 探讨2021年初河北省石家庄市新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)病例的流行病学特征,为疫情防控提供科学依据。方法 收集石家庄市2021年1月2日—2021年1月24日期间COVID-19确诊患者的流行病学资料,通过绘制一般信息表、病例分布图、流行病学曲线、核酸检测图来描述和分析确诊病例的一般人口学信息、时空分布及新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)核酸检测情况等特征。结果 石家庄市848例患者中女性(509例)多于男性(339例),425例有明确的集会活动史,192例家庭聚集性病例,184例曾是无症状感染者。全市1月12日和14日单日确诊数最高(84例),以藁城区(697例)疫情最严重。462例病毒核酸检测次数超过2次,46例核酸检测间隔期超过14 d,2例核酸检测间隔期为21 d。1例在19 d内经13次核酸检测后确诊。结论 石家庄市疫情主要集中于局部地区,以聚集性疫情为主,总体可防可控,对高危人群建议延长隔离观察期至21 d并增加核酸检测次数。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) cases in early 2021 in Shijiazhuang city of Hebei,and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods Epidemiological data of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Shijiazhuang city from January 2 to January 24,2021 were retrospectively collected.The demographic information,spatio-temporal distribution and SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test of confirmed COVID-19 cases were analyzed by drawing general information tables,mapping case distribution nucleic acid test as well as epidemiological curves.Results Among 848 cases,there were more females(509 cases) than males(339 cases).425 had gathering history,192 were familial clustering cases,184 were used to be asymptomatic carriers.Daiky confirmed cases peaked on January 12 and 14(84 cases),and majority cases were from Gaocheng district(697 cases).Out of 848 cases,462 had at least twice of nucleic acid tests.46 cases had the retest at least 14 days apart and 2 cases repeated the test even 21 days after.One case was confirmed after thirteen times of nucleic acid tests within nineteen days.Conclusions In Shijiazhuang city,the COVID-19 pandemic is localized and clustered,which is controllable.It is suggested to extend the quarantine period to twenty-one days and increase the number of nucleic acid tests for high-risk groups.
