柴芩承气汤配合乌司他丁、双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗轻症急性胰腺炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Mild Acute Pancreatitis with Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction Combined with Ulinastatin and Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Bacteria Tablets

目的探讨柴芩承气汤配合乌司他丁、双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗轻症急性胰腺炎的临床研究效果。方法方便选取该院2018年4月—2020年5月收治的轻症急性胰腺炎患者73例,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组35例(乌司他丁+双歧杆菌四联活菌片)和观察组38例(柴芩承气汤+乌司他丁+双歧杆菌四联活菌片)。比较两组治疗后7 d的生化指标、临床症状和并发症。结果治疗后,丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、淀粉酶(AMY)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、白介素-6(IL-6)均比治疗前降低,且对照组ALT(72.64±9.68)U/L、AMY(169.67±51.62)U/L、AST(67.38±8.21)U/L、IL-6(26.41±3.11)ng/L均高于观察组的(43.89±6.88)U/L、(129.59±23.83)U/L、(43.75±6.46)U/L、(16.95±2.91)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=14.715、4.314、13.722、13.426,P<0.05)。对照组肛门排气时间、排便时间、腹痛缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间均长于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴芩承气汤配合乌司他丁、双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗轻症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效佳,有一定临床使用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical research effect on treatment of mild acute pancreatitis with Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction combined with Ulinastatin and Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets.Methods 73 patients with mild acute pancreatitis in the hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were conveniently selected,and according to different treatment methods they were divided into control group of 35 cases(Ulinastatin+Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets)and observation group of 38 cases(Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction+Ulinastatin+Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets).The biochemical indicators,clinical symptoms and complications of the two groups were compared 7 d after treatment.Results Alanine trsndsminsde(ALT),amylase(AMY),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),interleukin-6(IL-6)after treatment were all lower than those before treatment,and the control group ALT(72.64±9.68)U/L,AMY(169.67±51.62)U/L,AST(67.38±8.21)U/L,IL-6(26.41±3.11)ng/L were higher than the observation group(43.89±6.88)U/L,(129.59±23.83)U/L,(43.75±6.46)U/L,(16.95±2.91)ng/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.715,4.314,13.722,13.426,P<0.05).The anal exhaust time,defecation time,abdominal pain relief time,bowel sound recovery time,and hospitalization time in the control group were all longer than those in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction combined with Ulinastatin and Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets has a good clinical effect in the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis,and has certain clinical value.
