中药熏药联合红光照射在肛肠术后康复护理中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigant Combined with Red Light Irradiation in Rehabilitation Nursing after Anorectal Surgery

目的探讨中药熏药联合红光照射在肛肠术后康复护理中的应用效果。方法方便选择2019年1月—2020年1月于该院接受肛肠手术治疗的68例患者,以随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组34例患者应用红光照射进行术后护理,研究组34例患者在此基础上联合中药熏药进行术后康复护理。比较两组疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间与创面愈合时间、干预前后生活质量[生活质量综合评价问卷(GQOLI-74)评分],以及护理满意度。结果研究组疼痛消失时间(5.50±0.52)d、水肿消失时间(7.54±0.80)d、创面愈合时间(14.30±1.85)d均较对照组(9.12±1.20)、(10.21±0.69)、(20.50±2.03)d短,差异有统计学意义(t=16.140、14.737、13.163,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组GQOLI-74量表中角色功能(80.46±1.03)分、躯体功能(80.52±3.03)分、社会功能(80.20±4.03)分较对照组(69.52±1.52)分、(66.45±3.02)分、(68.52±5.00)分高,差异有统计学意义(t=34.723、19.178、10.605,P<0.05);研究组认知功能(81.12±2.52)分与对照组(80.45±2.82)分对比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.033,P>0.05)。研究组护理总满意率100.00%较对照组82.35%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.570,P<0.05)。结论肛肠术后患者采用中药熏药与红光照射联合进行康复护理可以有效加快疼痛与水肿的消失时间,促进创面愈合,进一步保障了生活质量,提高护理满意度,适于临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigant combined with red light irradiation in rehabilitation nursing after anorectal surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent anorectal surgery in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups using a random number table.34 patients in the control group were treated with red light irradiation for postoperative care,and 34 patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on this basis for postoperative rehabilitation care.The pain disappearance time,edema disappearance time and wound healing time,the quality of life before and after the intervention[Quality of Life Comprehensive Evaluation Questionnaire(GQOLI-74)score],and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain disappearance time(5.50±0.52)d,edema disappearance time(7.54±0.80)d and wound healing time(14.30±1.85)d in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(9.12±1.20)d,(10.21±0.69)d and(20.50±2.03)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.140,14.737,13.163,P<0.05).After the intervention,the study group's GQOLI-74 scale scores for role function(80.46±1.03)points,physical function(80.52±3.03)points,and social function points(80.20±4.03)points were higher than the control group(69.52±1.52)points,(66.45±3.02)points,(68.52±5.00)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=34.723,19.178,10.605,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in cognitive function between the study group(81.12±2.52)points and the control group(80.45±2.82)points(t=1.033,P>0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group 82.35%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.570,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and red light irradiation for rehabilitation nursing of patients after anorectal surgery can effectively accelerate the disappearance time of pain and edema,promote wound healing,further ensure the quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
