个性化护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者病情严重程度及复发的影响

Effect of Personalized Nursing on Severity and Recurrence of Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨个性化护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者病情严重程度及复发的影响。方法方便选择2018年1月—2019年12月该院因溃疡性结肠炎住院的患者124例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用个性化护理。比较两组患者的临床效果、病情活动程度和复发情况。结果护理后,两组患者病情活动程度比较,对照组病情活动程度高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.389,P<0.05)。随访6个月后,对照组复发率为61.29%,观察组复发率为33.87%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.344,P=0.002)。护理后两组患者肠外表现情况比较,其中关节损伤、皮肤黏膜病变对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者并发症发生率情况比较,对照组并发症发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.143,P=0.013)。结论采用个性化护理不但顾及溃疡性结肠炎患者院内的护理,也涵盖院外护理,因此可改善患者病情严重程度,降低复发率,适合溃疡性结肠炎患者的护理干预。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing on the severity and recurrence of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods Conveniently selected 124 patients with ulcerative colitis hospitalized were randomly divided into control group and observation group in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with personalized nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,disease activity and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the degree of disease activity in the two groups was compared,the degree of disease activity in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.389,P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate was 61.29%in the control group and 33.87%in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.344,P=0.002).After nursing,the patients in the two groups were compared in the extra-intestinal manifestations,including joint injury,skin and mucosal lesions,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of complications in the control group was higher than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.143,P=0.013).Conclusion The personalized nursing combined with continuous nursing not only takes into account the in-hospital nursing of patients with ulcerative colitis,but also covers the out of hospital nursing.Therefore,it can improve the severity of patients'condition and reduce the recurrence rate,which is suitable for the nursing intervention of patients with ulcerative colitis.
