摘要
车用尿素溶液作为柴油车选择性催化还原(SCR)系统的还原剂,其通过将柴油发动机尾气中NO_(x)(氮氧化物)还原成H_(2)O和N_(2),起到净化尾气、保护环境的作用。介绍了车用尿素溶液的生产工艺及其在SCR系统中处理尾气的作用,并分析了车用尿素溶液质量对SCR系统的影响。
As the reductant of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)system for diesel vehicles,vehicle urea solution can purify the tail gas and protect the environment by reducing NO_(x)(nitrogen oxide)in the tail gas of diesel engine to H_(2)O and N_(2).The production process of vehicle urea solution and its role in treating tail gas in SCR system are introduced,and the influence of vehicle urea solution quality on SCR system is analyzed.
