摘要 《义务教育艺术课程标准(2022年版)》的出台对艺术新课程标准的理解和阐释具有极强的时效性和紧迫性。它清晰地体现了以美育人的艺术教育的根本思想,把新的课程标准落实核心素养作为主线,对学业质量评价提出了平和性的要求,有助于引导学生领会中华民族艺术的精髓,激发民族自信心与自豪感,拓宽了解人类文化多样性的视野。它的制定符合新时代国家教育发展战略需求,对青少年核心素养的培育具有积极的引导价值,将有效地推进中国基础教育阶段艺术教育的规范化发展和创新性改革。 The issue of Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards:Arts(2022 Edition)is timely and urgent in the understanding and interpretation of the new art curriculum standards.It clearly embodies the fundamental idea of art education to nurture people through beauty,taking the implementation of the new curriculum standards for core competency as the focus.It puts forward the requirements for academic achievement assessment in a moderate manner,which helps guide students to appreciate the essence of Chinese national art,inspire their national self-confidence and pride,and broaden their horizons of understanding human cultural diversity.The formulation of the standard meets the strategic needs of national education development in the new era,has positive guiding values for the cultivation of core competencies among teenagers,and will effectively promote the standardized development and innovative reform of basic art education in China.
