根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂治疗根尖周炎的疗效及对患者炎性因子的影响

Efficacy of Root Canal Filling Epoxy Resin Paste in the Treatment of Periapical Periodontitis and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors in Patients

目的研究根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂治疗根尖周炎的疗效及对患者炎性因子的影响。方法方便选取该院2019年4月—2021年5月期间收治的116例根尖周炎患者为研究对象,并随机分为两组,对照组58例患者采取氧化锌碘仿糊剂联合牙胶尖填充治疗,研究组58例患者采取环氧树脂类糊剂联合牙胶尖根管填充治疗。观察比较两组患者的相关血清炎性因子水平变化,静息及咬合VAS疼痛模拟评分及治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者IL-4水平为(67.42±11.33)ng/L,明显高于对照组的(52.19±10.72)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.436,P<0.001);治疗后研究组患者的TNF-α、IL-6及hs-CRP水平分别为(3.86±1.07)μg/L、(1.37±0.21)ng/L及(1.32±0.29)mg/L,均低于对照组的(5.22±1.23)μg/L、(1.65±0.23)ng/L及(1.87±0.31)mg/g,差异有统计学意义(t=6.353、6.847、9.867,P<0.001)。研究组患者治疗后的静息及咬合VAS评分分别为(1.43±0.43)分、(1.94±0.75)分,均低于对照组治疗后的(2.76±0.86)分、(3.42±0.83)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.534、10.076,P<0.001)。研究组患者的治疗有效率为93.10%,较对照组的79.31%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.640,P<0.05)。结论根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂治疗根尖周炎的疗效更好,且可以明显改善患者的相关炎性因子水平,减少静息与咬合时的疼痛感,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To study the efficacy of root canal filling epoxy resin paste in the treatment of periapical periodontitis and its effect on inflammatory factors in patients.Methods A total of 116 patients with apical periodontitis who were admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to May 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.58 patients in the control group were treated with zinc oxide iodoform paste combined with gutta-percha tip filling,while 58 patients in the study group were treated with epoxy resin paste combined with gutta-percha root canal filling.The changes of related serum inflammatory factor levels,resting and occlusal VAS pain simulation scores and treatment effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the level of IL-4 in the study group was(67.42±11.33)ng/L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(52.19±10.72)ng/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.436,P<0.001).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the study group after treatment were(3.86±1.07)μg/L,(1.37±0.21)ng/L and(1.32±0.29)mg/L were lower than the control group(5.22±1.23)μg/L,(1.65±0.23)ng/L and(1.87±0.31)mg/g,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.353,6.847,9.867,P<0.001).The resting and occlusal VAS scores of the patients in the study group after treatment were(1.43±0.43)points and(1.94±0.75)points respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(2.76±0.86)points and(3.42±0.83)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.534,10.076,P<0.001).The effective rate of patients in the study group was 93.10%,which was higher than that in the control group(79.31%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.640,P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal filling epoxy resin paste has better efficacy in the treatment of apical periodontitis,and can significantly improve the level of related inflammatory factors in patients and reduce the pain at rest and occlusion,which is worthy of widespread application.
