心理护理干预对糖尿病性视网膜病变行玻璃体切割术患者术后的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Vitrectomy Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨心理护理干预对糖尿病性视网膜病变行玻璃体切割术患者术后效果的作用。方法方便选取2019年4月—2021年6月在该院行玻璃体切割术治疗的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者142例,遵照抽样法随机分组,其中71例患者为对照组,71例患者为研究组。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用心理护理,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)对患者护理前后心理状态进行调查,采用视功能损害眼病生活质量量表(CfaVIQ)对患者护理前后生活质量进行调查,并对两组调查结果进行统计比较。结果护理前,研究组与对照组HAMD评分、HAMA评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组HAMD评分为(9.93±1.27)分,HAMA评分为(9.76±1.25)分,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.468、17.302,P<0.05)。护理前,研究组与对照组CfaVIQ评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组躯体功能评分为(9.12±0.48)分,精神状态评分为(9.28±0.41)分,社会活动评分为(9.33±0.42)分,症状与视功能评分为(9.34±0.43)分,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.842、9.188、11.485、7.375,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病性视网膜病变行玻璃体切割术患者应用心理护理干预的效果十分确切,能够进一步调节患者心理状态,提高患者生活质量,临床应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the postoperative effect of diabetic retinopathy patients undergoing vitrectomy.Methods 142 patients with diabetic retinopathy who underwent vitrectomy in the hospital from April 2019 to June 2021 were conveniently selected.According to the random sampling method,71 patients were in the control group and 71 patients were in the study group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given psychological nursing.The hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were used to investigate the psychological state of patients before and after nursing.The quality of life of the patients before and after nursing was investigated using the visual impairment ophthalmology quality of life scale(CfaVIQ),and the results of the two groups were statistically compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMD score and HAMA score between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMD score of the study group was(9.93±1.27)points,and the HAMA score was(9.76±1.25)points,which were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.468,17.302,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in CfaVIQ score between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,the physical function score of the study group was(9.12±0.48)points,the mental state score was(9.28±0.41),the social activity score was(9.33±0.42)points,and the symptom and visual function score was(9.34±0.43)points,significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.842,9.188,11.485,7.375,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with diabetic retinopathy undergoing vitrectomy is very accurate,which can further adjust the patient's psychological state and improve the quality of life of the patient,and the clinical application value is high.
