综合营养护理在无痛胃肠镜临床诊疗中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨对接受无痛胃肠镜诊疗的患者实施综合营养护理干预的疗效,为临床推广应用提供数据支持。方法该研究随机选取该院2019年1月—2020年11月期间完成无痛胃肠镜检查的90例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和治疗组,各45例。在胃肠镜诊疗期间,对对照组患者给予肠道准备等常规护理干预,对治疗组实施常规护理联合综合营养护理。记录并分析两组在无痛胃肠镜诊疗结束后的焦虑评分(SAS评分)、护理满意度及不良反应发生率。结果在护理前,两组SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两组SAS评分经过护理后都有降低,治疗组(35.04±1.91)分比对照组的(46.82±2.47)分降低明显,差异有统计学意义(t=25.318,P<0.05);同时,治疗组的护理满意度(95.56%)明显高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.680,P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率(8.89%)明显低于对照组的28.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.874,P<0.05)。结论在开展无痛胃肠镜诊疗的同时,进行综合营养护理的干预,能够提升疗效及安全性。 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nutritional nursing intervention on patients receiving painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,and to provide data support for clinical application.Methods Randomly selected the study took 90 patients who completed painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 as the research subjects,and randomly divided them into a control group and a treatment group,with 45 cases in each.During the diagnosis and treatment of gastroenteroscopy,the control group was given routine nursing interventions such as bowel preparation,and the treatment group was given routine nursing combined with comprehensive nutritional nursing.The anxiety score(SAS score),nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups after painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were recorded and analyzed.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS scores of both groups decreased after nursing,the treatment group was(35.04±1.91)points,which was significantly lower than the control group's(46.82±2.47)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.318,P<0.05).At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group's 71.11%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.680,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 8.89%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.89%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.874,P<0.05).Conclusion While carrying out painless gastrointestinal endoscopy diagnosis and treatment,comprehensive nutritional nursing intervention can improve the efficacy and safety.
