Objective To explore, observe and analyze the clinical application effect of colposcopy in cervical disease screening.Method A total of 100 patients who were screened for cervical disease were selected for observation. The selected patients received colposcopy in our hospital, and the period of consultation was between January 2019 and December 2020.A retrospective analysis method was adopted to record the examination status of colposcopy for cervical disease screening, and analyze the clinical application effect.Resu Its In this group of patients,a total of 30 patients with lesions were diagnosed, and the patient lesion rate was 30.00%,including 13 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,2 cases of cervical carcinoma in situ,5 cases of cervical invasive carcinoma, and cervical smooth muscle. There were 4 cases of tumors and 4 cases of cervical cysts, and another 2 cases were diagnosed with condyloma acuminatum. There was no misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.Observe the adverse reactions of the patients during the examination. One patient had vaginal bleeding and one showed vaginal mucosal injury. The total incidence was 2.00%.C on elusion In the process of screening patients for cervical diseases, combined with the application of colposcopy measures and analyzing the patient's lesion tissue to understand the progress of the patient's condition, colposcopy will not cause serious adverse reactions to the patient, and the clinical application is safe Highly feasible and feasible, worthy of promotion.
