奥氮平与阿立哌唑调节精神分裂症症状评分及改善病人生活质量、认知功能的效果研究

Effects of olanzapine and aripiprazole on symptom score,quality of life and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia

目的研究奥氮平联合阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者临床症状、认知功能及生活质量的影响.方法选取2020年1月-2021年6月在东莞市第七人民医院接受治疗的80例精神分裂症患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分组.对照组患者(n=40)给予奥氮平片治疗,观察组患者(n=40)给予阿立哌唑治疗.两组患者均治疗1个月.观察两组患者临床症状评分、认知功能(MCCB)及生活质量.结果治疗1个月后,观察组患者阳性症状、阴性症状、一般病理症状评分相较于对照组明显降低;观察组相比对照组MCCB评分明显更低;与对照组比较,观察组心理社会、精力/动机、精力/症状评分更低(P<0.05).结论奥氮平与阿立哌唑在精神分裂症治疗中均具有显著效果,前者可促进患者认知功能恢复,后者可缓解患者临床症状,改善其生活质量.

Objec tive To study the effects of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole on clinical symptoms,cognitive function and life therapy of schizophrenic patients.Methods 80 schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were studied and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)was given olanzapine tablets and the observation group(n=40)patients were given aripiprazole.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical symptom score and cognitive function of the two groups were observed(MCCB)and quality of life.Resu I ts After one month of treatment,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general pathological symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the score of MCCB in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the scores of psychosocial,economic/motivation and energy/symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.Cone I us i on Olanzapine and aripiprazole have significant effects in the treatment of schizophrenia.The former can promote the recovery of cognitive function,and the latter can alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
