摘要
目的探讨PACS联合翻转课堂用于医学影像学教学中的应用效果.方法选取2019年1-6月在医学影像学专业的100名大三学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用传统影像学教学,实验组分别采用PACS联合翻转课堂教学,并比较两组学生考核成绩以及批判性思维、初步临床思维、知识理解应用能力、自主学习能力.结果实验组平均每人选学阅片多于对照组,并且实验组影像阅片技能成绩、理论考试成绩均高于对照组,实验组批判性思维、初步临床思维、知识理解应用能力、自主学习能力比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论PACS联合翻转课堂在医学影像学教学中的应用效果较好.
Objective To explore the application effect of PACS combined with flipped classroom in medical imaging teaching.Methods 100 interns who participated in Undergraduate Practice from January to June 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used traditional imaging teaching,and the observation group used PACS combined flipped classroom teaching respectively.The test scores,critical thinking,preliminary clinical thinking,knowledge understanding and application ability of different groups were compared Autonomous learning ability.Resu Its The average number of students in the experimental group was more than that in the control group,and the scores of image reading skills and theoretical examination in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The proportion of critical thinking,preliminary clinical thinking,knowledge understanding and application ability and autonomous learning ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).0one lusion The application effect of PACS combined with flipping classroom in medical imaging practice teaching is obvious,which is helpful to improve intems'film reading and learning ability.
