自拟祛痰活血汤治疗痰瘀互结型高血压对血压及脂代谢水平的影响

Effect of self-designed Quphlegm Huoxue Decoction on blood pressure and lipid metabolism in the treatment of phlegm and stasis intermingled hypertension

目的分析自拟祛痰活血汤治疗痰瘀互结型高血压对血压及脂代谢水平的影响.方法选择70例痰瘀互结型高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例.对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用自拟祛痰活血汤治疗.两组疗程均为2个月,比较两组治疗前后的血压、血脂,根据血压变化情况,综合评价临床疗效.结果对比对照组,观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压均更低,差异显著(P<0.05);对比对照组,观察组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均更低,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异显著(P<0.05).结论自拟祛痰活血汤治疗痰瘀互结型高血压的效果确切,能有效降低血压和改善脂代谢,值得进一步研究应用.

Objective To analyze the effect of self-designed Qutan Huoxue Decoction on Blood pressure and lipid metabolism in the treatment of phlegm-stasis intermingled hypertension.Methods 70 patients with phlegm-stasis inteijunction hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with self-made expectorant huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was 60 days.The blood pressure and blood lipid of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was comprehensively evaluated according to the changes of blood pressure.ResuIts Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).0bservation group treatment the total effective rate was 94.29%,77.14%higher than that of control group,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclus ion The self-designed Quphlegm Huoxue Decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of phlegm and stasis combined hypertension,which can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve lipid metabolism,and is worthy of further study and application.
