摘要
通过耗氧速率测定法验证了化学生物絮凝工艺处理垃圾渗滤液的系统中存在生物作用。确定化学混凝最佳工况是PAC投加量为1.5g/L,PAM投加量为1.0mg/L,pH为7.0。考察了混凝剂投加量、pH、曝气时间等因素对化学生物絮凝工艺的影响。絮凝吸附阶段在污染物去除和节能方面均优于生物代谢阶段,最佳工况是PAC投加量为80mg/L,PAM投加量为0.6mg/L,pH为6.4,曝气时间为30min。联合工艺对COD的总去除率达到了77.09%,氨氮的总去除率达到46.01%。
The existence of biological effects in the system of landfill leachate treated by chemical biological flocculation process is verified by oxygen consumption rate measurement.The optimal working conditions of chemical coagulation flocculation are determined as follows:the addition amount of PAC is 1.5g/L,the addition amount of PAM is 1.0 mg/L,and the pH is 7.0.The effects of coagulant addition amount,pH,aeration time and other factors on the chemical biological flocculation process are investigated.The flocculation adsorption stage is superior to the biological metabolism stage in terms of pollutant removal and energy saving.The optimal working condition is as follows:the addition amount of PAC is 80 mg/L,the addition amount of PAM is 0.6 mg/L,the pH is 6.4,and the aeration time is 30 min.The total removal rate of COD by the combined process reaches 77.09%,and the total removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches 46.01%.
