装配式混凝土结构施工,一般是在工厂制作混凝土预制构件,再将预制构件运输至现场进行吊装。本文以广东深汕特别合作区的华西建筑工业园项目为工作背景,介绍了混凝土预制构件现场制作的施工方法,对比预制柱、预制梁、预制叠合板、预制楼梯等不同类型混凝土预制构件现场预制的区别,总结施工过程中存在的不足,以供相关工作者参考。

In the construction of prefabricated concrete structures,prefabricated concrete components are generally fabricated in factories,and then the prefabricated components are transported to the site for hoisting.Taking the Huashi Construction Industrial Park project in Guangdong Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone as the working background,this article introduces the construction methods of on-site fabrication of prefabricated concrete components,compares the difference of on-site prefabrication of different types of prefabricated concrete components such as prefabricated columns,prefabricated beams,prefabricated laminated slabs,and prefabricated stairs,and summarizes the deficiencies in the construction process,for the reference of relevant workers.
