全球蔬菜产业现状及中国蔬菜育种发展路径研究进展

Current Situation of Global Vegetable Industry and Research Progress of Vegetable Breeding Development Path in China

为了全面把握全球竞争格局下中国蔬菜产业的战略地位,推动中国蔬菜产业高质量发展,本研究调研并分析了全国及中国蔬菜产业发展现状,综述了中国蔬菜种业的发展现状及问题,并提出相应对策。结果显示,全球蔬菜生产规模持续扩大,产量大幅增长;中国蔬菜种植面积与蔬菜产量在世界范围内占比较大,进出口贸易规模维持高位,是全球蔬菜第一大出口国。开发并保护优质种质资源、完善蔬菜育种产学研体系、加大对蔬菜育种企业扶持力度、推进生物育种技术研究、保护蔬菜育种者知识产权,能够巩固蔬菜种业在蔬菜产业中的“芯片”地位,促进中国蔬菜高质量发展与粮食供给安全。

In order to grasp the strategic position of China’s vegetable industry in the global competition situation and promote the high-quality development of China’s vegetable industry,this study investigates the development status of global and China’s vegetable industry.Moreover,based on the development status and problems of China’s vegetable seed industry,this study proposes corresponding countermeasures.The results show that the scale of global vegetable production continues to expand and the output has increased significantly.China’s vegetable planting area and output account for a large proportion of the world.The scale of China’s vegetable import and export trade remains at a high level,and China is the largest vegetable exporter in the world.Developing and protecting high-quality seed resources,improving the production,study and research system of vegetable breeding,increasing support for vegetable breeding enterprises,promoting the research of biological breeding technology and protecting the intellectual property rights of vegetable breeders can not only consolidate the important position of vegetable seed industry in vegetable industry,but also promote the high-quality development of vegetables and food supply security in China.
