摘要
通过复合气体除气、熔剂除气及真空除气,研究复合除气对Al-0.9Mg-1.0Si-0.15Cu-0.30Cr合金除气净化效果的影响。结果表明:与先吹气后熔剂相比,先熔剂后吹气对铝合金熔体除气净化效果有一定提升;随熔剂除气和吹气除气两种工艺时间间隔的延长,样品密度小幅下降,表明延长时间间隔对铝合金熔体的除气净化不利;与未真空除气处理的样品相比,铝合金经真空处理后密度有一定提高,除气净化效果更好,进一步延长真空除气时间,样品密度持续升高,但除气效率减弱。
Effect of multistage degassing on degassing and purification of Al-0.9Mg-1.0Si-0.15Cu-0.30Cr aluminum alloy wasstudied by gas degassing,flux degassing and vacuum degassing.The research shows that the degassing effect of aluminum alloymelt is improved by adopting the sequence of flux first and then degassing,compared with the sequence of degassing with fluxfirst.With the extension of the time interval between flux degassing and blowing degassing,the sample density decreasesslightly,indicating that the prolonged time interval is unfavorable for the degassing of Al alloy.Compared with the sampleswithout vacuum degassing,the density of Al alloy samples after vacuum treatment is improved to a certain extent,and betterdegassing and purification effect is obtained.As the vacuum degassing time is further prolonged,the sample density continue torise,but the degassing efficiency slowe down.
