立德树人背景下高校研究生导师队伍建设的忧思与优化

Concern and Optimization of the Construction of Graduate Instructor Team under the Background of Fostering Virtue through Education

立德树人是研究生教育的中心环节,也是研究生导师的首要职责。高校研究生导师队伍建设是研究生教育实施立德树人引导的关键力量,但就目前而言,我国高校研究生导师队伍仍然存在导师队伍结构不够合理、导师立德树人主体责任不清晰、导师队伍管理评价不完善等问题。这就使得高校努力造就一支有理想信念、道德情操、扎实学识、仁爱之心的导师队伍具有重要的现实意义。高校需要从导师职责使命明确、立德树人意识强化、奖评考核制度优化等多维度,对导师队伍建设采取行之有效的措施和方法。

"Strengthening Moral Education and Cultivate People"is the central link of graduate education,as well as the top duty of graduate instructor.Instructor team construction in colleges and universities is the key power for implementing the strategy of"Strengthening Moral Education and Cultivate People"in postgraduate education.However,there exist some problems in the current graduate instructor team in China's colleges and universities.For example,the structure of the instructor team is still not perfect,instructors do not have a clear sense of entity responsibility,and the management evaluation of instructor team needs to perfect.This objectively requires that colleges and universities strive to build a team of instructors with ideals,beliefs,moral sentiments,solid academic attainments,and a heart of benevolence,which will be of great practical significance.Colleges and universities should take effective measures and methods for instructor team construction from multiple dimensions of clarifying instructors'responsibilities and missions,strengthening the awareness of moral education,and optimizing reward evaluation system.
