摘要
在高校教学过程中,以组建学习型团队合作完成课程任务的授课方式已被广泛运用。通过湖南财政经济学院172名本科生的问卷调查发现,与传统的学习型团队相比,DISC行为模式下学习型团队成员的课程参与度更高,成员之间任务分工更合理,团队共同愿景更明确,对团队合作及组织效率有积极作用,并提出将DISC行为模式应用于学习型团队建设的相应建议。
The teaching method of forming a learning team to complete the course task has been widely used in the teaching process of colleges and universities.This study made the questionnaire survey of 172 undergraduates in Hunan University of Finance and Economics and compared with the traditional learning team.It finds that the DISC behavior pattern has a higher degree of participation in the course,a more reasonable division of tasks among members,and a clearer common vision of the team,which plays a positive role in team cooperation and organizational efficiency.Finally,the corresponding suggestions for applying DISC behavior pattern to the building of learning teams are put forward.
