知识-能力-素质协同型“工作坊”教学模式研究——以传统城乡生态智慧与实践课程改革实践为例

随着新工科建设对人才素质培育更高要求的提出,知识、能力与素质协同发展是大学教学研究面临的重大问题之一,传统课堂与“工作坊”实践训练模式的分离,造成流水线式教学模式下,工科学生知识、能力与素质转化障碍。为此,文章以传统城乡生态智慧与实践课程改革实践为例,梳理“工作坊”教学模式改革面向重点问题的解决思路,通过知识、能力、素质三个维度的协同测度,提出城乡规划专业“工作坊”实践类课程教学中的多元目标设定,与教学体系路径构建。同时,总结多维协同型“工作坊”教学模式特色与创新性,为实践应用型人才培养提供更切实可行的方法与路径。

With the higher requirements of new engineering construction and talent quality cultivation,the coordinated development of knowledge,ability and quality is one of the major problems faced by university teaching and research.The separation of traditional classroom and"workshop"practice training has caused obstacles to the transformation of students'knowledge,ability and quality under the assembly line teaching mode.Therefore,this paper takes the reform practice of Traditional Urban and Rural Ecological Wisdom and Practice course as an example,combs the reform of"workshop"teaching mode,faces the key problems,and puts forward the multi-objective setting and the construction of teaching system path in"workshop"practice course teaching through the collaborative measurement of knowledge,ability and quality.At the same time,it summarizes the characteristics and innovation of multi-dimensional collaborative"workshop"teaching mode,and provides more practical methods and paths for the cultivation of practical and applied talents.
