基于产教融合的职业本科多专业协同人才增值培养研究 被引量:5

摘要 职业院校多专业协同人才培养多以专科专业为主,人才培养层次不足以满足智能建造和行业转型发展需求。因此,文章提出基于产教融合探索职业本科多专业协同人才增值培养研究。文章以GIS赋能“BIM+”实现多专业协同,分析其在智能建造和行业转型发展可行性,以及BIM与GIS融合技术在工程全生命周期的应用框架和应用实践效果,提出以职业能力要求为逻辑起点、以产教融合为实践路径、以人才增值为最终目标的职业本科多专业协同人才增值培养模式,这不仅遵循职业教育人才培养的规律与本质,也探索职业本科高层次高素质创新型技术技能人才增值培养的新模式,更为智能建造、行业转型和区域经济发展提供多专业协同的高层次高素质创新型技术技能人才。 Multi-specialty collaborative talent training in vocational colleges is mainly specialized,and the level of talent training is not enough to meet the needs of intelligent construction and industrial transformation development.Therefore,based on the integration of industry and education,this paper puts forward a research on multi-specialty collaborative talent value-added training for vocational undergraduate courses.This paper uses GIS to empower"BIM+"to realize more professional collaboration,analyzes its development feasibility in the intelligent building and industry transformation,and the whole life cycle of BIM and integration of GIS technology in engineering application framework and application of practical effect.The study puts forward the vocational undergraduate professional cooperative more value-added training mode through a professional capacity requirements as the logical starting point and the fusion education as the practice path,the talent value as the ultimate goal,which not only comply with the laws of the vocational education personnel training and the nature,but also explores the professional undergraduate course high-level high-quality innovative new mode of training value-added technical skills,more intelligent construction,industry transformation and regional economic development to provide multi-professional collaboration of high-level high-quality innovative technical skills.
